If you could help me with this i would really appriciate it, how is the best way to loose wieght. I want to loose about 15 pounds, but everytime i start i end up ruining it and then i have to start over. I also think i'm becoming bulimic, or however u spell it because everytime i ruin what i am trying to which would be to loose wieght i go and throw up a little bit. I've asked you for advice before and you have helped me alot, do you think you could help me with this? Thanks

LiLAnGeLDeViL4659 answered Friday December 17 2004, 3:15 pm: Well, yeah of course I can help you. I was kind of bulimic myself which I'm still to this day haunted by it. I think you need to stop making yourself throw up. Becuase you can easily die if you do it to much. Just go on a steady diet. Like watch mostly what you eat. Eat more fruits and kind of back off from the chocolate bars (if you eat them). But please just don't make yourself throw up I don't want to see anyone putting themselves in the hospital. And if you "ruin" the diet. Just try it again. If that doesn't work just tell someone in your family or one of your friends to remind you not to have that or no to have this ya know?
