How do i move on from my X bf?

yea im happy now that im not hurting anymore but like how do i quit showing him i still care about him , cas all he does is still hurt me even worse now that we're broken up and its ticking me off to where i dont wanna see him sometimes but im still worried bout him,how do i move on, cas im finding cofort from someone else's arms, how long should i wait?

I'm not sure I understand the question (feel free to post any other ?s or clarifications in my inbox!), but it's normal to still care for someone even after you've broken up. If it's too hard for you to deal with, then just avoid him for awhile. Realize that what he does is no longer yours to worry about. It's one of those things that just comes with time. You WILL start to feel better about it though!! Til then, just hang in there.
