my guy friend came over a little while ago. i like him alot. but he is still getting over a past love and wants to go out with her again when her and her new b/f break up. only thing is i know he likes me. should i make a move or wait for his thing for this other girl to blow over?

If he hasn't gotten over her after a while, then go make a move! Once he gets over his ex-girlfriend, he will ask you out since he likes you! Hope I helped :)

MysteryGirl22 answered Friday December 10 2004, 10:48 am: If he likes you, why does he want to go out with someone else? Either this guy is extremely confused, or he likes more than one girl at once. This is not good! He should pick one or the other, so he isn't playing with anyone's feelings. If he truly likes you, go for it! If not, maybe you should just let him get this other girl out of his system and see how things go from there.
Daisy answered Friday December 10 2004, 8:42 am: Definitely wait! If you really like this guy thenwait until he has got over his ex. A lot of guys will go on the rebound especially if their ex starts going out with someone else. If you make a move and start seeing him you will always be thinking about his ex,whether he is thinking about her still, wishes he was with her. You will probably compare yourself to her aswell especially if you know he hasn't got over her. If you make a move before he sorts his head out then you will get hurt and things will only become awkward between you two. If you really like him then he will be worth waiting for and your feelings won't go away and neither will his. Let him know that you are there for him whenever he needs to talk , and by doing that you will get to know eachother better and become closer, before anything happens.
