I suggest you use more presentable envelope for this purpose. Try this one mate.

Good luck on your application.

Different colleges will likely have different requirements for application submisions. Make a checklist for each application and keep everything in separate piles/folders/whatever.

Absolutely use the envelopes they provide you. If you use your own you might write the wrong address. Also, take the applications to the post office and have them weigh it and buy the postage then. You don't want to have your application returned to you because you didn't put enough postage on it! When I applied to colleges I also spent the extra money to have delivery confirmation...that way I had proof that it arrieved on-time.

Good luck.

Before you sent anything, I would reread all the fine print. Does your college require a portfolio, an example of your work, or anything extra? If not, you're probably good to go. Make sure your application is neat and legible - no cross outs, bad spelling, etc.

Check with your high school guidance counselor about the transcripts; most colleges will request them directly from the high school, so you don't have to worry about that.

Finally, always use the envelope they send you. It shows you pay attention to detail and can follow intructions.

And....good luck at getting into the perfect place for you!

Unless the application requests extra information (eg a portfolio), don't send anything extra. Admissions will just get annoyed with having to wade through the extra stuff.

I'm not sure about the envelope issue because I applied online. I'd assume you'd use the envelope they give you unless you lost it or something. Good luck with your choices!
