I am looking in to losing about 50 pounds. I'm not one of those people who we wants to lose it all in a week or a month or anything, but i need some tips. I know i need to eat healthy and in moderation and excersize regularly but is there anything else i can do????
Please help me, i have tried atkins, weightwatchers, and southbeach and none have worked!!!
anything anyone could give would help!!!!

With this diet you are getting all the nutrients you need without depriving yourself of vital parts of a meal. Also drinking a lot of water helps to curb your appetite. x3_Sara_x3 answered Tuesday November 23 2004, 11:20 pm: I wanted to loose weight to but all my friends yelled at me and got mad @ me because i just dicided to eat NOTHING! Bad idea i weighted about 96 and got down to 89 in 1 month by just drinking and eating when i had to because i felt soo sick i might pass out ((i did pass out a couple times though)) Bad idea NEVER try that! I suggest that you eat 3 meals a day breakfast, lunch and dinner and nothing in between! Yes it will be hard but yes it will work! Let me now what happends and good luck!
