I am a 14 year old female
ok, my boyfriend and i have just started going out so the relationship is still a little akward. He is really shy so we dont talk much. But his best friend; who hooked us up, i think likes me too. b/c he is always talking to me n flirting. I whink i could have a better relationship with the other guy(not my boyfriend)but i dont want to throw away a good relaionship b/c he might just be a little nervous. I am so confused.

Well, if he isn't going to come up to you..You go over to him and be like..Sweets, I think we should talk more! Thats all and you will, and try him out for a week or two and then if it doesn't work out you can dump him and go out with the guy who hooked you guys up! I hope I helped sweetie <3 jenny.

hey! i think you should talk to your boyfriend. give him a week or so to come around, like you said..he's prob. just nervous. try making the first move..call him, and try to make him feel more comfortable around you. if he really likes you, and get's to know you..he'll come around. if he doesnt improve in a couple of weeks, and you don't see the relationship going anywhere, and you like the other guy, then i'd break up w/ him. hope i helped*xoxo

you should fist give your boyfriend a chance to loosen up and show his true colors. even if you have to go up to him and start a convorsation... whatever it takes for him to feel conforatable in the relationship. and if you find that does not work and you still have feelings for the other guy then get to no him. you are 14 have fun. but dont flirt with the other guy while you are still in that relationship, and deffenetly if you do brake- up with him still be freinds dont throw that away! hope i helped.

Poor boyfriend. I empathize with him. Anyway, give him some time. You know he's shy, so some things you'll have to initiate. His best friend is an ass. If I was your boyfriend I'd kill him. Friends shouldn't flirt with other friend's girlfriends. I can almost guarantee you if you dump him for his best friend, he'll hate both of you, you wouldn't want that.
