When I got my braces off, I thought for sure I would have little squares because I drink so much coke and coke is supposedly a tooth stainer. However, I had absolutely none. What they do when they take off your braces is they polish your teeth and do you know what? They do do a really decent job. I actually don't know a single person who has squares on their teeth from braces. If you get your braces off and find you have squares, the best person to ask would be your orthodontist or your dentist. They will recommend the safest and most effective method. Since I don't know anyone that this has happened to and I doubt you will need to worry about it also, I can't offer you any surefire methods for getting rid of braces squares.

Most likely you will find you haven't got a single square.
