ok i sprained my ankle back in september and ive been going to therapy for the past month does anyone know how to get rid of the pain

i know exactly how you feel...sprained ankles feel like they never go away. every night put ice on it- it seriously works wonders. if your playing a sport, get arch supports for inside your shoe- i did this during soccer season, and it really helped, especially if the pain is in your lower ankle. take aleeve...and i really hope it feels better : )
