MedicatedSanity answered Tuesday November 16 2004, 10:24 pm: ehh... just sit him down and ask him how he feels and what he thinks of you. If he really cares about you, he'll be honest and tell you what you want to hear. Good luck with that! :) [ MedicatedSanity's advice column | Ask MedicatedSanity A Question ]

You say your boyfriend would never flip out on you, but then again you say your afraid that he would get mad and hate you if you do something as simple as not calling him once.
That's pretty serious. Please get away from him. That is abuse. You should never, ever be afraid to do anything. I have a friend who is going through a similar experience and I don't know how to get her away from the guy. These kind of situation's scare me.
