Im female im 13, im 5`5 and i was 123 lbs .. is that too much ? i mean .. i dont look like i weigh 123 lbs at all .. but i dunno kus my docter said its a little over average.. what can i do to lose like 5-10 lbs? plz help

You can go jogging or walking for about 10-30 minutes everyday after school. You can eat like breakfast(most important) lunch, snack, dinner, snack. And the snacks can't be too big. Like if you want ice cream as a snack make sure it's only like 1 or 2 scoops, not too much, especially of fatty foods. I think the doctor is wrong calculating your weight, but hey, he's a professional, and I'm not. Check out this site, it should help. [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
