PerkyPeacock answered Friday November 12 2004, 12:46 pm: try yoga tapes, or yoga classes. that would really help. gymnastics has been mentioned a lot, but take it from a gymnast, it wreaks hell on your knees. ballet or dance is a good alternative to it. as is a hip hop team at school or something. good luck. If you have time, you can even join a dance or arobics class...After I did all of that I became rather flexible and to this day, i can still touch my toes. ;-) [ Invincible_Once's advice column | Ask Invincible_Once A Question ]
