This guy kissed me on the cheek and on the hand. and is always snuggling up to me and stuff. But he's a year younger. Do u think he likes me or what?

Yes, I think that he likes you. If he has kissed you then I would think that he has some feelings for you. You should talk to him, and ask him how he feels about you. ok you should ask him how he feels before making an assumptions. just be upfront about it and tell him how you feel about this and if you just want to be friends or something more. and make sure you don't hurt his feelings either because what i have learned with my same year old cousin that basically used to live with my family is that don't ruin a guys ego they get crushed but i cant say that about all guys maybe its just him. :)

unless this guy is always joking around then it sounds like he has a crush on you..but if hes not that cute or u dunt like his personality then u can tell him to stop..unless you like it ;)
