Or when you want to drink some, limit yourself to a certain amount you can have a day. Or just picture yourself with rotten teeth in a few years and how people around you would feel about looking at them...that should be enough to make you stop and reach for water instead. (lol, im jk about that, but it might help, who knows.)

Its a hard addiction to get over, not much will give you an energy kick like that stuff will. I drink it way too much myself, but mine at least is watered down with vodka. If you can't stop drinking it, just make sure you brush your teeth a lot. Start drinking less and less of it. If you drink 2 cans a day, cut down to one. Chew gum to keep you from losing it. :) haha. At $2 a can though, think about the financial implications of it...Come up with something you want to buy and rather than buy a Red Bull put that money aside. I know this is sort of a ridiculous response, but...its not exactly a normal problem. I wish you all the best. Take care and join AA or something if all else fails. :) [ Lachiquitaloca9's advice column | Ask Lachiquitaloca9 A Question ]
