i really like this guy we have know each other sence we were 3 and i started to like him grade 6 and evr senece and now i am in high grade 10 and i asked him if he would go out with me and he said maybe 2 time so want do u think Help

Well, if he said "maybe" twice, that's definitely better than a "no"! I think the "maybe" means he's considering you. You've got a chance, dear! Lol. If you want more specific help, or anything, don't hesitate to contact me again.
