Lay on your back and put your legs up against the wall (make sure your butt is up flat agaist the wall too) and stretch your legs out. And every five minutes move them farther down. :-P Do this for about 30 minutes a day, and expect to see results in about two weeks- four weeks.- ]

its actually really hard because thats where your fat is stored.. idk how.. im not sure maybe u could do like lower body workouts ]
