Hey, theres this girl that I really like. And it turned out she liked me too, so I asked her out last night. She said she wanted to think about it. So then later today after school she gave me a note... it explained that she said "I hope we have a good time together, not only as friends but also a couple..." But also later in the note it said "I also found out that (friend of mine and hers) likes me too, but I felt sorry for him because I told him I like you, do you see how I'm feeling? Anyways you're so shy!! You made me feel like a 'sister'~~ haha! Sorry! Hope you can understand what I'm trying to say!" Well anyways my question is... does that mean we are going out or does she want to stay friends?? THANK YOU FOR READING PLEASE HELP

Tell her you don't, in fact, understand what she's trying to say. She's giving you mixed messages, and that's not too cool. First she says she wants to be a couple...then she says you made her feel like a "sister". That's...confusing.
If I were in your position, I'd go up to her and ask her to spell it out for you.
I hope this helps!

Well since she hopes that you two have a good time as a couple and she let another guy down because she likes you, I'd say she wants to go out. This sister crap and "I hope you understand what I'm trying to say" doesn't make any sense at all. I'd say she wants to go out, but tell her you don't understand what she's trying to say. This is one of the reasons people shouldn't ask people out through notes. [ storageanddisposal's advice column | Ask storageanddisposal A Question ]
