Leave it alone and at night wash your face really good and put the neosporin or the calimine lotion on it. It shouldn't have a scab within a couple of days. DO NOT PICK AT THE SCAB! It will scar and look even grosser. Hope this helped. [ xXxpinky615xXx's advice column | Ask xXxpinky615xXx A Question ]
UWishUHadMyHemi answered Tuesday November 2 2004, 5:04 pm: make sure you put moisturizer on it before you cover it up. and it wouldnt help to keep putting your cold sore medicine on it, just incase some of the original sore i still there. i know, theyre so gross!! theyre like lip nazis, they just take over!! the only thing you can do is continue to treat it and hope for the best. hope i helped! paradiei3abii3x answered Tuesday November 2 2004, 4:47 pm: The best thing to do is to just wash your face night and day. Because if yuu use a product, then your face will start to rely on that product and if yuu suddenly stopped using it after the scab went away, yuu could possibly start to break out or something. Well, good luck. Hope ii helped!
