I need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need to lose some weight. I am so unhappy with myself, I try so hard to lose weight but can never go through with it. I need some advice with this. I am a very pretty girl and I have nice boobs and a butt my gut is just so big. I am 5'1 and I way 150. I want to lose 30 pounds. I need some advice on ways to do it. Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hmm ok I think this was from the other question so heres my answer:

Hey, ok you can do all those diets that everyone loves but you always gain the weight back. You need to change your lifestyle and stick with it for a while so you can lose the weight. Eat 3 meals a day, no snacks in between unless their like a apple or something. Also, make sure the snacks are small. only drink water and crystal light. NO soda and juice..its all sugary andif you just cut back on that you'll lose lots of weight. For a few weeks cut back on ALL junk food..but after a while you can always have something sweet but not all the time. Exercise a lot..start walking for 20 min a day, then a few days after walking, jog, and then after a few days of jogging start running. I know lots of people who did this for a few months, lost a lot of weight. They then, stopped and gained ALL the weight back. So just stick to it, eat healthy and exercise and you'll lose the weight plus keep it off. Do pilates for your legs, get a pilates video at walmart, target, etc. for $10. Good luck.
Ohh and another thing, it takes a while to lose the weight...and dont depend on what the scale says, because that will get you angry..instead, pay attention to how loose your clothes are

right now isnt the best time bc of haloween and all the candy but if u wanna try to lose weight then i would suggest to cut back on the snacks and try to eat healthy foods. also if u run around a soccer field 3 times per day then u will notice ull start to lose wait a little bit at a time. hope i helped ~stef~
