My suggestion is the following:
Walk around with a syringe filled with my patented StooMur© (the chemical "stupid killer" that I developed). This chemical, when injected into a true idiot, spreads quite rapidly only to other truely idiotic individuals. It attacks the brain area specifically labelled the "intelligence" section and forces it to suddenly "activate". When the "intelligence" section of the "brain" is "activated", this person will suddenly become aware of their inherent crusade against mediocre intelligence. Thus they will obtain their own syringe filled with StooMur© and administer it to a truely stupid person that they encounter. This creates a chain of events that will eventually "activate" the otherwise dead "intelligence" sections of the brains of all people worldwide.
You can pick up a ready-filled StooMur syringe at your local drugstore for 5.99$. Affordable and simple, but not too simple.
