Hey, i really need to loose weight from my inner thighs! I am already on a diet and i try to get exercise, but i need some exercises for my inner thighs. i really appretiate it!

veekiez answered Monday October 25 2004, 8:56 pm: My suggestion is Tae-Kwon-Do. It's a form of martial arts. It's a lot of fun and hard work. It will definetly decrease the fat in your thighs. I did it for many years, and it really did help. Good Luck.

KaJabbers! answered Monday October 25 2004, 8:47 pm: OK my mom's a nurse so I should have pretty good advice on this one. Now this one might sound a little crazy, but it does work- trust me. Lay down on your side, and the leg that's on top raise it up in the air and trace the alphabet with your toes, keeping your leg fully extended, never bending your knee... it will work your inner and outer thighs... all your muscles really! then flip over and do it on the other side.
