what do i do?
ok i am 13 and i am a female.i have this friend thats a guy and i like him...the problem is his cousin is my best friend. Well he has lived with me before (because he met me thro my bestfriend and needed a place to live) first reason i am confused or whatever is becuz my best friend would make fun of me most likely if i say i like him. also if i go out with him (he probably doesnt like me but yeah..) he or my best friend would tell their family and since their family is super close to mine then my sister and parents would find out and i dont really want them to know they would make fun of me. in art i am in his class and last week we would stare at each other for a minute then quickly look away a couple of time hehe and out of no where sometimes he tells people that he lived with me. sorry that was so long and confusing but try to give me the best advice u have

Maybe you shouldn't go out but just flirt, nothing is wrong with flirting and if you do go out and your family jokes about it just shrug it off or change the subject real fast! if he does like you, then you should give him a chance. dont sweat what your parents and friends think. if you really like this guy, then no matter what they say, you guys like each other, and that is what counts in the end.

if that cousin..makes fun of you..after YOU all gave HIM a place to live..then wow is he ungrateful or not..I would be like..hello..house..over your head..keep your mouth shut.
In the end though who cares what others think of you..as long as you like him...and he likes you..that is all that matter.
hey besides..we all have been there..we are just jealous for it is great to be in serious like..and we get to be old farts..we just do not feel that way anymore.

Well if you like him tell him because I went out with my best friends cousin when i was 13 and there whole family new and didnt make fun of me. And nothing happened between me and my best friend I mean if she was your best friend then she shouldnt make fun of you ..! And if he doesnt like you then ask him if you can be good friends and maybe get closer.
