Hi. Does anyone know of a good way to get a flat stomach? All my friends say I'm not fat, but I would like to get a flat stomach and lose some weight on my thighs, too. I heard about doing crunches every morning/night and running a mile a day. Does anyone have a certain way to get a flat stomach and skinnier thighs? Thanks!
arlo answered Saturday October 23 2004, 7:45 pm: i've given this advice three times now, and the others seemed to think it helped, so here i go. i lost 7 lbs and a pant size in a little over a week with this routine. it's not torture and it works. instead of snacking on junk, whenever you want a snack, eat a carrot or an apple, or something. you should eat a lot of fruita and vegetables, but more vegetables than fruits. fruits have natural sugar in them, it's not as bad as other sugars, but vegies are better :)
and if you don't wanna do crunches, then don't, they won't give you a flat tummy, they'll actually make you bigger, all it does is make your abs big, but you'd still have your pudge over them. instead you should walk 3 days a week, on a treadmill, or outside(i prefer outside cuz i get the fresh air) and that's all you need to do. so give it a shot, it's not hard at all!
good luck, hope i helped

So sign up for it.. but if they don't there is this Pilates video that you could get.* [ Jane's advice column | Ask Jane A Question ]
