eight more pounds to reach my weight goal i need to lose 8 pounds, but these last pounds just won't come off! what is a good way to lose weight?

drink lots n lots n LOTS of water...like before each meal just drink a glass of water cuz itll fill you up more but not make you gain wait. ALso, dont eat after 7, becuz your digestive system doesnt work as well at night, so if you eat past 7 all that food is basically just sitting there in your stomach all night and yeah not good. ]
You could do some cardio exercises such as running on a tredmill or around your street, jogging, and you can play sports too! Keep on eating healthy and doing crunches/sit ups everyday! Hope I helped :) ]
you can talk to your doctor about a good plan for you. Never start a diet without consulting an expert beforehand. He'll be able to tell you a healthy way in which to lose those pounds that just one go away! <33 hope I helped! ]
walk around like around ur house or at a track and drink alot of water 8 glasses a day i know too much water but it is worth it ]
Try playing a sport... i no i got super healthier wen i played soccer with mi skool cuz we practiced for 2 and a half hours a day... ]
