Getting cold

Question Posted Monday October 18 2004, 6:16 pm

For some reason, when I get REALLY cold, my lower back starts to hurt extreamly bad. It feels tight and then if I go to stretch, I pull a muscle. Why does it get tight like that?

When you get cold, your muscles are tense! It happens to everyone! Try to stay warm and not become cold! You could also use a heating pad or go get a massage done! Hope I helped :)
