If I'm not mistaken, I believe it's a hand shake of some sort. All of the "ghetto" people in my school do that. My friend asks me that all the time. I'd sit there and be like "What the hell are you talking about" But yes, I'm 99% sure it's a hand shake. Hope this helped.
