Mandee answered Monday October 11 2004, 7:26 pm: Oh really? That's awesome!! I've been a singer for many years, it's my favorite thing to do. I think I'm exactly like you. I can sing, but when it comes to writing songs...I suck. So I don't think I can help you out there. But if you want to try to make your own lyrics try looking up the songs you like. Just reading over them a couple times, and think of things you like to sing about and put it in your own words. Sort of like writing. But I've never wrote a successful song in my life. (lmao) It would be really awesome if you could have some type of diary and then look back on it, I'm sure it would give you ideas. Christina's songs usually have to do with her life. Boys, pain, family...everything she's been through. I'm pretty sure that's how people get their inspiration from their own experinces. Good luck, and keep in touch!
Love,
