Stress or exhaustion can sometimes be the cause of a declining sex life.

You're totally normal. Nobody is always in the mood, for a varity of reasons including: medication, being tired, feeling unconnected from your partner, to just plain not feeling like it.

It's nothing to worry about; let your girlfriend know it has absolutely nothing to do with her. Chances are she'll understand - women aren't always in the mood, either.

Let her know when you'd rather cuddle or just hang out, and enjoy that time together. It can be a nice way to spend time together getting to know each other better. And as you've said, when you both want sex it's great.

So relax. You have nothing to be worried about.

Thats pretty common especially among people in their late teens or early twenties. Your horemones are still raging and your moods tend to go up and down. Is there a particular thing that gets you into the mood? Why don't you try something such as a nice night out for dinner downtown talking, talk a walk by the water or downtown, and "end" it with a nice invite back into your house for a romantic night. I think that would be something to get you into the mood. But I saw someone else said to use viagra...but obvoiusly they shoudln't be answering your question because viagra is for erection problems mostly, and you already expressed thats not what you have. Hope I helped, leave one in the inbox if you need anything else. :)

couldn't you still use viagra??

I'm not so sure what to say to help you. See a doctor about getting viagra, or maybe start of with a romantic picnic in the park, around lunch time, then when you get home, a very nice romantic dinner, then you're tired, go to bed early if you know what I mean.

You probably don't want to do that every day, so maybe buy her something really sexy to wear, that might help.

Just incase, go for viagra, or talk to your doctor.
