I am trying out for cheerleading in less then 3 weeks and I need to be in shape to do a Side Hurdle, Front Hurdle and Toe Touch. Can somebody give me exercises to do?

Dance to music, ride your bike, and stretch everyday iw will relax you but it will hurt and practice your jumps and cheering but im a gymnast and we always streretch evryday even at home! and you always have to practice!
