Cheerleading I am trying out for cheerleading in less then 3 weeks and I need to be in shape to do a Side Hurdle, Front Hurdle and Toe Touch. Can somebody give me exercises to do?

really you just need to work on streches you dont have to be in "shape" do stradel streches and sit in a side hurdler and front one and strech and do leg lifts and kicks and stuff

okay to do some of cheer leading your stomach and legs are most used.
do tummie stretches like crunches and curl ups
and for the legs do laps and make sure to bring a friend so you can have a exercize partner ]
i was a cheerleader aswell, and the judges will just look to see if u can do ur hurldles clean and tight if u do it floopy and cn finish it cleanly then its a problem ]
go one the trampoline and pratice if not jump in ur bed!!!! ]
Excercise like: push ups, sit-ups, v-ups and leg lifts. Dance to music, ride your bike, and stretch everyday iw will relax you but it will hurt and practice your jumps and cheering but im a gymnast and we always streretch evryday even at home! and you always have to practice!
