How do you add a pic on ur advice colomn?

Click on Profile Settings in the left sidebar, scroll down to where it says "Upload a picture of you" and simply choose the picture on your hard drive. Once you've chosen it, scroll to the very bottom and hit submit. :)

Either go to "profile settings" and add a pic from your browser or use html by putting <img src=" URL HERE ">
