i just had the same thing after a year and half and now my ex girl friend is gettin with guys and it makes me so mad because i still love her, but the thing is, you cant hide your emotions, but you sure as hell can show them, once her realizes what he is missing out on he will come back and if he doesnt then he is not worth it, but remember, he isnt the last person that will be in your life, and u dont have to move on, just let him go. good luck

These situations are tough. Where one side wants to be friends and the other doesn't or doesn't seem to want to. All I can tell you is to do what you feel is right. In most situations I have witnessed like this, both people got over each other and everything turned out for the best of them. On the subject of what you should do around him, my advice is just be yourself. He already knows you better than most people because you guys went out for so long. HE will realize that your a good person, and would like to be friends and not have a bad ending ruin things, and if he doesnt...hes an ass..:) Hope I helped. :)
