OK this is the kind of thing that just comes naturally, and i know it seems like teh scarriest things in thw workd, but belive me thers lsot scarriere thigns outt there, adn even for me, a girl who is always making teh first move, which i love cuz its puts you in control, was scared for teh the first tiime i made out with someone, OMG it was horrifyingh...b4 it happend..but after time and stuf it will be alot better, becuz ti takes like once oe twice doing it, and all i can say is that it come naturally, tehres not much someone can do to teach you, but about when you should make the first move, just kind hint at it, then when you guys kiss, make him know you arent leaving until it happens, lol just kinda kiss him, then look him in the eye, and for your benifit, let it just be you two around when you do it, because you dont want the pressure of all of your friends and all of his freinds there to make you more nervous! considering that ur b/f is a sociopath he's probably just lying to you to get the nice side of you by playing the goody goody virgin aspect of the ball game but he's probably already got seven young (probably over 18)females in the can and has may yet have not ever made out with either of them,but has most likely got each one of them in the boning routine(that's "makin with the love" sweet heart)several times a piece .
the best thing to do is drop the SOB and move on to other people (like me!!!!!!!)

i think that if you feel comfortable making the first move, go for it hun!! sometimes guys like agressive girls, and sometimes they like it when they make the first move, and on the other hand....sometimes they dont. but like i said, if you feel comfortable and know the guy well enough and really like him and hes comfortable with you, go for it!!!!
