14/f. I'm really starting to like this one guy, Brett. I don't really know him that well. He's a year older than me. We were in band together for a year in junior high and now were in band again together. He makes funny faces at me and playfully sticks his tongue out at me in band. Is this flirting or is he just being himself. He almost never actually talks to me and he's probably said about 10 words to me in the 3 years that I've known him. Is this flirting or is it just him being himself? He's never showed any particular interest in me but he kind of does this stuff with a couple different girls my age.

Just go up to him and say "Hey whats up? How was band?" and start up a conversation. You`ll become fast friends and you never know maybe even a little more!! Hope I helped and good luck!!
