Flirting?
14/f. I'm really starting to like this one guy, Brett. I don't really know him that well. He's a year older than me. We were in band together for a year in junior high and now were in band again together. He makes funny faces at me and playfully sticks his tongue out at me in band. Is this flirting or is he just being himself. He almost never actually talks to me and he's probably said about 10 words to me in the 3 years that I've known him. Is this flirting or is it just him being himself? He's never showed any particular interest in me but he kind of does this stuff with a couple different girls my age.

I think this guy is just being goofy, who likes to get attention from girls and nothing more...If he liked you, I think he would've said more than ten words to you in 3 years! If your starting to like this guy, why don't you try and start a conversation with him? About your band? Then start getting to know eachother. If he shows you that he's interested that's good, but if he doesn't. No point in liking someone that doesn't like you back, right? There are a million guys out there for you!

well, you could just start doing it back. and then one day just walk up to him and say whats up? or something like that. try flirting with him and see if he flirts back to deffinitly know. hope i helped.

maybe hes shyling flirting, or he cold just be being himself its hard to tell since u hardly talk to him. Maybe find out rom a friend who he likes, or if ur brave confrton him urself and ask him if he likes u or who he likes

You can never really tell, especially with guys you dont know that well. I suggest you get to know him better. Just go up to him and say "Hey whats up? How was band?" and start up a conversation. You`ll become fast friends and you never know maybe even a little more!! Hope I helped and good luck!!
