It would be really dangerous to do cocaine while you were on the patch. PLus it wouldnt make much sense. Cut the cigerette smoking but still harm your body with drugs? I guess it would be a definite good start, but still. Please, I advise you to try the patch WITHOUT Cocaine... drugs can do so many bad things to you, I know its hard, but see some sorta counseler, its the difference between saving your life! You can even look for some help on this website:
