lunges are mostly for your legs. If you do them right it works your thigh muscles. Kick backs are when you kick the back of your legs up behind you. Kick backs work alot of muscles in your legs. If you want to get leg muscles you can also to wall sits. Wall sits is when you sit up against the wall, at a 90 degree anlge. Wall sits works your thigh muscles. If you want to work your calf muscles you can stand with your legs straight and raise up on your toes and back down. After a couple your calfs should burn..*GoOd LuCk* plz rate me

kk well i don't know about kickbacks, but I do know about lunges. It's where you take one leg and bend it kinda like you're sitting in a chair and the other leg is stretched back behind you as far as it goes. In other words.. it's like when you're walking, the foot forward you just bend down and keep the back leg straight. Usually you do this to warm up for things such as track and you walk across the whole gym or something. And here's a tip***** DO THEM REALLY REALLY WELL BECAUSE I PULLED A HIP FLEXER LAST YEAR IN TRACK BECAUSE I DIDN'T DO MY LUNGES VERY WELL!!!! And that is extremely painful! It hurts to walk or run or anything. So yeah, I hope I helped. xoxo Love ya ]
well it really all depeneds what part of the body you're talking about. like in my health class (the most BOGAS CLASS EVER) we do tricept kickbacks, so those are for your arms, but there are also like oblique kickbacks that work your shoulders ect.
lunges i think are for your legs mainly.
i'm pretty sure that full leg squats are better for you, but i don't know what a regular squat is. ]
