Sure, I'm, doing it right now nd so far so god! haha..If you want to lose 10-15 lbs this would be a great diet for you!!
You cannot eat bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, cereal, fruit, junk food. You cant drink jucie/soda. Diet Pepsi is OK.
For breakfest you eat: Eggs or Lettuce wraps (leetuce wrapped around meat)
For lunch you eat: Hamburger meat, grilled chicken, any meat you want, lettuce wraps..
Dinner: All of the above
Dont eat after 6:30 PM
The goal is eating meat, which has protien. A lot of protien makes you lose weight. make sure you eat veggies to break down all the fats you eat or you'll have problems..if you know what i mean. Good luck, tell me if you have any questions or wanna tell me how much u lost! By the way it takes about 2-4 weeks to lose 15 lbs...so its fast! ]
