1)you should throw a tight surprise party and git her jewlery or take her out to eat or sumtin classy or w/e like that

1. If you don't even know how old she is, I wouldn't try to get her a card with her age in it. Unless you can find a "Happy 16th or 17th" card. You know her better than we do, get her a necklace or something.
