I like a guy that is nice, funny, but he flirts with everyone. We aren't really dating yet, but we like each other. How should/ or should i talk to him about being more of boyfriend and girlfriend? And if i do than how should i ask him?

Ok if i were you i would:
Firstly become more envolved..smile @ him in hallways at school...get his number and talk to him on the phone...flirt!!!
after a little while start going places with him like bowling or a movie...then whenever you feel you know him and HE KNOWS YOU BETTER *wink*
explain to him how you feel!!!
talk about it and see how he feels!!!
AND #1 KEY OF DONTS IS...DONT COME ON TO HIM TO FAST!!!
