Hi , can you help me with a diet plan that ACTUALLY works ? Im 5'4 124 pounds . i wanna get to 99 pounds! please respond ASAP!

OMG! Average weight for 5'4 is 120! Why would you want to be 99? Thats not good for your health and looking too skinny is not that nice. If you want I'll still help you if you wanna lose maybe 10 lbs but thats it! I really dont want you to be 99 but heres a diet plan. You can lose up to 10 lbs in one week. Dont eat junk food, snacks, cereal, juice, bread, rice, pasta, potatoes, and fruit. All you eat is meat, chicken, all kinds of meat...a lot of Meat has protien, protien makes you lose weight.make sure to eat veggies or u'll have some problems digesting and stuff...this diet works I tired it and lost 15:) Oh and drink only water, crystal light, and diet pepsi
