cutting your wrists
My friend who i really care about cuts his wrists. I went to his house and he did it right in front of me. I felt so sick. I asked him to spot and he just keeps saying he cant but he will try. But he keeps doing it. And i dont know what to say or do. He said that i cant tell anyone and if i tell his parents and they try to send him somewhere he will run away. I dont know what to do. Help!!!!!!!!!!!

He wants attention. He's manipulating you emotionally, and that is wrong. Tell him to cut that shit out, because if it wasn't about hurting YOU, you wouldn't be involved. If he persists, which is likely because he sounds like a dumbass, tell his parents. It's more important that people who care about him know than the stupid little shit-fit he'll throw your way, and if you care about him, you'll notify his parents immediately.

I hav dealt with situations like this myself, in all truth your better off not telling anyone becos things do become worse, and the risks rise, but you as a person and friend can help. Start talking to him more, tell him how bad it is, and constantly remind him about the people who love him in his life, make sure you do this with a smile too...its a hell of alot more effetive, and mean what you say to. keep doing this and eventually he'll grow out of it, we all go through these times. (A Kiss on the forehead after you talk makes anyone feel more comfortable and what you say will sink in more, try it, im sure when you look at him afterwards he'll have a smile on his face)
