Hey!! I was thinking about losing alot of weight too, but not knowing how... may i ask ur age? height? weight? b4 and now... lol im just wondering, and is the only exercise u do was walk?? Thanks ALOT xOxOxO

Sunshine answered Friday September 3 2004, 1:15 am: I am 24 years old. I'm 5'4. I used to weigh 200 pounds, but I'm down to 140. For the first 3 months, the only exercise I did was walk at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week. Then once I got closer to my goal weight, I started doing crunches, leg lifts, and light weight lifting, just to get everything toned. I drink green tea every morning and at least a gallon of water every day.
