I'm 17
Theres this guy at my school who I really like to chill with. I'm very happy when we are together, but when we are apart I think about him and I feel very depressed. I don't think this is normal and Im beggining to worry myself because I dont think I like him as more than a friend, so the fact that I feel depressed is very wierd. Do you know whats wrong? or how I can fix this?

wow haha..um i have the same problem!! theres this guy i kno and hes really cool and funny and stuff and hes always got me laughing. but wenever i think about him and stuff i start to feel really sad..and the funny thing is i dont kno why either. i think i feel this way because i care about him so much (but like you..not as more than a friend) but i dont feel like he cares about me back. i started feeling so sad that i would actually almost cry..so i just quit talking to him. maybe thats wat u need to do. it seems to be working for me. i still think about him a lot..but im not so sad anymore because i dont talk to him..so he doesnt give me anything to think about and be sad over. maybe u should talk to him about it..tell him how u feel and stuff. or do wat i did..and quit talking to him all together, avoid him at school, dont look at him wen hes around..just try and keep urself busy so that ur minds on other things..and try hanging out with sum diff guys from ur school..im glad u asked this ironic question by the way. it helped me figure things out a little..i hope it helped u too.
