So you and this boy have been friends for a few years.You liked eachother off and on.Now you want your friendship to turn into like a bestfriend.Your a girl - how do you tell them that you want to be bestfriends?

Well you dont really tell somone you want to be best friends, it just kind of happens. But if its that important to you, then just talk to him and ask him if u are good friends and then say u want to be best friends, it wont be a shock to him considering u two have been friends for a few years now.
