okay.. i am 5 feet i and i weight 139 pounds.. all of my friends ar wicked skinny .. i feel really fat.. i mean my clothes fit me fine but i am a size 9 in sskirts and 10-11 in pants.!!! what should i do.. sincerly me

Heres the deal. if you really want to loose weight, do it the safe way. Start by cutting down on fatty foods like chips, candy, cake, etc. Eat things like celery, because you burn calories by eating it!!! Then EXERCISE!!!! Whenever you goo to watch TV, jog in place, or do push ups. Any little thing adds up. Just know that there is no right weight or anything. Just be yourself...Cheesy huh?!?!?!? ]
