Hey friend is so sensitive and it pisses me off how shoudl i tell her to toughen up

i think u should let her knO that u think shes a lil sensitive.... ( tell her nicely u dont wanna hurt her feelings ) tell her how to boost her confidence... if she gets upset over sumthing that u think is stupid... explain to her y u think its stupid...
