i know i dont have a anger issue but sometimes i come off as being mean and i get irritated mostly with my best friend..today this happened and i guess i got too excited and must have been talking loudly but not yelling and then she didnt walk home with me instead she walked in front of me. i dont know what to do but we constantly get mad at each other. we have been friends for such a long time that i feel like i talk to her like shes a family member but she doesnt always get how im saying stuff. please help what can i do to be more calm with her??
As for now, I think you should call her up and apologize to her. Explain to her how to you feel, and tell her that you're sorry. Obviously, you don't want to hurt her. If she is a good friend, she should understand this and forgive you.
