liquid eyeliner SUCKS its soooo messy i would use a pencil but before you use it melt the tip of it with a ligter ,match ,etc btu 4 lik 10 seconds but be VERY careful it mite catch on fire and then wait bout half a minute n then put it on it lasts so much longer hope i helped
