hi lizzy yesterday i was running laps at a local gym and my stomach started to hurt but since im a hardcore athlete i kept pushing on. and before i knew i had diarreahed in my sweat pants. i was with my girlfriend and she was totally grossed out. i laughed and then cried. she said i was the sickest person she had ever met
im sad.

well i don't really know what to tell you, take some laxatives and stay home for a couple of days until your "poopoo" gets better ;-)
