low seld-esteem

Ever since i could remember i'v always had low self esteem. I feel weird when i'm around guys like im the uglyist person there so i always shut up and keep quiet unless someone says something to me but i make it breif. I'v made a little progress with the talking in groups of people this year but i still don't like myself. I feel that i hate everything about me,but im not suicidal. What could i do to make myself possibly like me more?

Well if u think u r ugly WHICH I HIGHLY DOUBT IT.. bring a friend along which u think is ugleyer than u.. make u look better.. ( tehe )

Than i was just like one day " I am gonna speak my mind.. and say w/e and not be shy and let ppl push me around.. and if i say something stupid it will pass.. my school mates are dumbasses and wont remember it anyway ) just try it! dont be shy no reason 2..

GO SHOPPING! THAT ALWAYS MAKES ME FEEL BETTER!..
i thought i was always so ugly! i drop a few lbs.. started wearing make up.. and got cute cloths.. now i think i am like really pretty!..

There has got to be at least one little thing you like about yourself. Wear a rubber band for a little while on your wrist. Every time you think a negative thought, pop it. Eventually you will get tired of popping yourself, and will be a little less negative.

Its good that you are talking to people. If you want to practice making new friends, try visiting and/or volunteering at a nursing home. These people crave someone to talk to. Or do something else rewarding that makes you feel good about what you have done.

And treat yourself to something nice. New shoes, new clothes, or a new CD. It will help you feel a little better. Just take it step by step.

well just think positive about yourself- the way u think effects the way you act- if u think positve about urself and act confident that is what peopleare going to see u as- but if u think low of ur self- then people can tell

Pick a day to go on a big shopping spree!Get a whole new wardrobe that you will like.Then Get a makeover or try going to a nice relaxing spa!Those always help me feel good!Hope this helped!Much <33

Start liking yourself! Lighten up a little! Focus on the gifts you've been given and utilize them, take steps to be more active, think of how you can help others, and embrace, or accept, your weaknessess because they often become your greatest strenghts.

just know that you are no better then any other human out there. Everybody in this world puts their pants on the same one..one leg at a time.Know that somebody out there thinks you are the greatest person he/she has ever laid eyes on. You are loved by your family and friends no matter what you think. When in groups...always voice your opinion and never feel intimidated by another person...take up a new hobby!!! start hanging out with your friends on the weekends and after school....try to have a new look on life and never give up!!!!

Ask your parents if they could get you a therapist, or talk to a school guidance councelor. Talking to someone will help. There has to be something about you that you like, too! Emphasise that part, and work on parts that you don't like until you're comfortable. Also, try talking to new people that you think you would like to be friends.

take yourself to a spa, that way, you're pores are clensed, adn you feel better about the way you look. look at yourself in the mirror when you get home, and dont think about anything negitive. think about all your good traits. think positive. this should help you.
