hey its me talking about cross country again!! u seem to know what ur talking about and thanx for the tips, i apreciate it but i wanted to knwo if u knew anything else??? what did u do before track meets and everyhting. thanx, xoxo, Jess. and i realized we have the same name cool!

before track meets you have to like stretch and do some leg lifts that way your muscles are prepped up and ready to run and flexible.
