Easy peesy!! If you don't alReady have a selected backgRound image.... simply go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and seaRch undeR "FRee Website BackgRound Images". Many sites will come up foR you to bRowse thRough and find the peRfect backgRound. One you have an image selected, save it to youR computeR, and go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) Sign up [it's fRee], and make a photo album. Just upload youR image into the album. Then it tells you the URL AddRess of youR image. Copy that, and RetuRn to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and click "Column Settings" to the left of the page. Then paste the image URL into the white text box titled "Page BackGround Image (URL)". Then in the box above it, titled "Page BackgRound ColoR", put "[Link](Mouse over link to see full location);. Then pResto!! It should woRk!! Hope I helped!!

there are a bunch of sites that have backgrounds.

you can even use an image, and you will see a bunch of that image on your background,

just find the link to a picture and put it in the space for background URL in column settings

my comlumn was done mostly in html, but since ur "not that computer savvy" it could be difficult to do that

Any other questions, feel free to frop 1 in my inbox
